Your access to and use of our Services is subject to:

Being a legal entity, at least 18 years of age (or older, based on jurisdiction), and capable of entering into contracts.
Operating as a boutique or mid-sized property management firm (up to approximately 100 buildings) Radeus.
Maintaining necessary licenses and legal compliance to receive services.

4. Service Engagement

No Long-Term Contract: We offer services with no long-term commitments Radeus. Engagements are flexible and typically triggered via a scheduling process (e.g., "Schedule A Call").
Deployment: Expect a rapid 48-hour turnaround for deployment in urgent cases, such as backlog clearance or coverage gaps Radeus.
Scope: Services may include backlog processing, coverage gap filling, or other expertise-driven tasks, all delivered in alignment with Board and compliance standards.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information about your firm and its needs.
Ensure all data shared is lawfully collected and that you have the right to share it.
Cooperate with RADEUS for effective service delivery, including timely feedback and approvals.
Review and verify service outputs promptly.

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

RADEUS ensures:

Confidentiality: All sensitive data is handled with strict confidentiality and archived securely after job completion Radeus.

7. Fees & Payment

Details regarding pricing, payment terms, and invoicing:

Presented during initial discussions or engagement agreements (e.g., when scheduling a call).
Payment terms may include short-term or pay-per-service models, depending on the agreed-upon scope.
All fees must be paid in full as per the payment schedule. Delays may result in service suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of all materials and data you provide.
License: You grant RADEUS a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely to deliver the Services.
Resulting Work: Results or deliverables produced for you are yours, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as-is." RADEUS does not guarantee outcomes or legal compliance, which remain your responsibility.
RADEUS’ liability for any claim shall be limited to fees actually paid for the related services, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

By You: With reasonable notice; fees due for completed or in-progress work are still payable.
By RADEUS: In cases of non-payment, breach, or misuse of Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Radeus Company LLC is registered.
Resolution: Any disputes first addressed via informal negotiations; unresolved issues may proceed to arbitration or court, as applicable.

12. Changes to Terms
